We are planning to offer commercial parcels, residential & condo lots and duplex/multi-family rental properties to build a strong neighborhood of holistic health & wellness businesses & residents. Our goal is to include businesses such as natural foods restaurants & stores, holistic health practitioner offices, eco-friendly clothing & gift shoppes, an  organic dayspa/salon, a drop-in daycare, a church and more.

All of the buildings in our community are planned as “round house” structures, allowing for total freedom in lot placement & interior design, exercising up to 20% more energy efficiency than traditional square structures & creating a unique environment that businesses, homeowners & retreat guests will not find anywhere else in the world.

Our goal is to maintain as much of the current natural environment as possible. With the round house building plans, entrance doors and garages can be placed in any number of positions, helping to create a feeling of privacy for the residents & guests while also avoiding the need to unnecessarily destroy existing foliage.

 Building plans range from 800–6000 sq ft. As a result of the unique round design, units can be attached in a cluster formation allowing for use as offices, duplexes, condominiums, etc. and expanding the amount of living/work space to accommodate the needs of any buyer.
