The time has come in which people are ready to make a shift in understanding the truth regarding our emotional well-being.  The old paradigm in which we try to control our emotional states not only does not work but also hinders our physical, emotional and spiritual health.  Most of us recognize the power or our thoughts.  Now we have to ask ourselves if we know the even greater power that our emotions hold.

Our feelings, fears, and even ego hold great gifts to guide us to live empowered lives. The following is a list of suggestions that will help you to shift how you may be trying to remain in control of your emotions without even recognizing it.  As you read through these, see if you can recognize how this new-world paradigm supports you even better to feel empowerment and well-being emotionally, spiritually and physically.

1)      If you are feeling “off” or not yourself, check in to see what feelings you may not be aware of.

2)      Know that whatever you are feeling at any given moment is for a specific reason.

3)      Recognize that you never need to mask how you feel.  You can acknowledge your emotions without being dramatic.

4)      Logic alone is only intelligence.  Emotion provides guidance and wisdom beyond what your rational mind can comprehend.

5)      When you are no longer trying to control how you feel, you are free to live exactly as you desire to live.

Live Authentically.  Live Well,
